• Two Recent Passport Sized Photographs of Student.
• One Recent Passport Sized Photograph of Both Parents/Guardian.
• Original TC from Last School.
• Original Report Card from Last Class attended.
• Photocopy of Aadhar Card of Student.
• Address proof of the Parents.
• Photocopy of Aadhar Card of the Parents.
• Caste Certificate (If Applicable).
